• All events will take place in Kochi. We recommend flying into Kochi International Airport, which is about an hour’s drive from the city.

  • Uber works well in Kochi, and we recommend downloading the app for getting around. Rides are very affordable. If you choose to take an Uber Auto (tuk-tuk), please note that they usually accept cash only—so it’s a good idea to carry small change. That said, the drivers are generally lovely and will often help you get change if needed.

  • Yes, we’d be happy to arrange airport pick-up and drop-off if needed. Just share your flight details with us in advance so we can coordinate with our transport team.

  • We’ll have buses arranged to take you to the wedding venue. Pick-up and drop-off timings will be shared closer to the date—stay tuned!

  • The Sangeet and the after-party are in the city. The wedding venue is 20 minutes away from the city.

  • Expect warm and humid tropical weather (around 24–30°C). Light, breathable fabrics are ideal. All our events except the wedding would be indoors.

  • Not necessary, but you’re welcome to! Fusion or festive outfits are always welcome. We can also arrange for someone to help with draping the saree for the ladies if required.

  • We recommend drinking bottled or filtered water during your stay. Most restaurants serve either bottled water or warm boiled water, which is commonly preferred by locals.

  • Cards work in most places, but having some cash (especially small notes) is handy—especially for tuk-tuks, cash bar at one of our events and smaller shops.

  • Yes, absolutely! We’d love to have your little ones join in the celebrations.

  • We recommend picking up a local SIM card at the airport—there’s an Airtel/Vodafone kiosk right before the exit. To activate the SIM, they’ll send a one-time password (OTP) to a local number. You’re welcome to use John or Binoodha’s number for this—just let them know in advance so they can share the OTP with you as soon as it arrives.
